Camp Lejeune Water Contamination Litigation
Mass Tort Dual Representation DetectorTM
Address Dual Representation Issues in Real Time Before Spending Firm Resources
Digital marketing has helped make consumers much more aware of mass tort litigations, and digital tools such as e-sign have allowed them to sign up for legal assistance with little effort. While these are positive developments for clients and attorneys alike, the ease of access has led to an increase in duplicate signed clients.
Within several weeks of the signing of the PACT Act, SimplyConvert found a significant number of Camp Lejeune clients had signed with multiple law firms. Imagine how that issue will grow if firms don't start addressing dual representation matters.
