One platform for the entire settlement
Configure ResolutionHQ around the terms of your settlement, with centralized claims data, flexible workflows, real-time reporting, and role-based access for every authorized participant.
How it works
Configured around the settlement
Every settlement is different. ResolutionHQ brings the data, workflows, participants, and reporting into one configurable platform built around the process the settling parties establish.
- 01
Centralize the settlement data
Bring participating claims and required information into a structured settlement dataset that can support the processes and reporting the settlement requires.

Capabilities
Built around the requirements of your settlement
Configure the data, workflows, reporting, permissions, and participant access required to administer the settlement from one connected platform.
-
Centralize claims data across participating inventories and maintain a current, reportable view of the settlement population. Use structured data to support census preparation, review, reporting, deficiencies, allocation administration, and other processes required by the settlement.
- Aggregate settlement data across participating firms or inventories.
- Build census and settlement reports from live structured data.
- Filter the settlement population to the claims or issues requiring attention.
- Create custom reports based on the terms and information needs of the settlement.
- Provide appropriate visibility to participating firms and other authorized stakeholders.
-
Settlement administration often requires different parties to review different portions of the same underlying information. ResolutionHQ creates role-based views of centralized settlement data, reducing repeat productions and report requests while keeping access aligned to the settlement.
- Role-based views: Give each permitted participant access to the settlement data their role requires.
- De-identified views: Apply de-identification where the settlement, court, or governing process requires it.
- Real-time collaboration: Keep permitted participants working from the same underlying settlement data.
- Centralized claims data: Reduce the need to create separate datasets for every stakeholder request.
- Custom reporting: Support role-appropriate reporting from the same settlement data.
- Case-specific communication: Keep questions and responses connected to the claim they concern when the configured process calls for it.
-
Configure ResolutionHQ around the completeness, documentation, or evidentiary requirements established for the settlement. Missing information can be identified, reported, and routed through the appropriate workflow while the underlying settlement record remains current.
- Measure claims against settlement-specific requirements rather than a generic completeness standard.
- Route deficiencies to the appropriate participant or workflow based on the configured process.
- Use structured data from upstream SimplyConvert products where applicable.
- Update information once and carry the corrected data into authorized forms, reports, and views that use it.
- Report on completion and deficiency status across the settlement population.

A neutral infrastructure for settlement administration
ResolutionHQ provides the technology infrastructure for the process the settling parties establish. The platform does not determine settlement terms, eligibility standards, allocation methodology, or what any participant is entitled to see. Those decisions remain with the parties, court, special master, or other designated authority. ResolutionHQ is configured to execute them.
Permission-based access. Each participant sees only the data and functionality appropriate to their authorized role.
One underlying dataset. Authorized views, workflows, and reports draw from the same structured settlement information.
Configured, not prescribed. The settlement determines the process; the technology supports it.
Claim integrity
Structured data for transparent review
Maintain the data, documentation, review history, and deficiency information required by the settlement in a structured, auditable record.
Audit trails
Centralize and log claim and document review activity so authorized participants can see the history the settlement process requires.
Duplicate and dual-representation detection
Surface potential duplicate filings and dual representation across the settlement population for review through the process established for the settlement.
Structured claim data & verification status
Maintain litigation-specific evidentiary information in structured form, including applicable review or verification status, without implying that ResolutionHQ itself determines whether evidence is verified.
Deficiency visibility
Report which claims or data requirements are complete, incomplete, or require attention based on the settlement’s configured requirements.
The right view for every role
One underlying settlement dataset, with access configured around what each authorized participant is entitled to see and do.
Plaintiff counsel & leadership
Access the settlement population, completeness, progress, reporting, allocation information, and other functionality appropriate to the configured role.

Flexible allocation administration
Support the allocation methodology established for the settlement using structured claims data, configurable calculations, review processes, approvals, and reporting. ResolutionHQ does not prescribe a points-based or other specific allocation methodology.
Configurable reporting & outputs
Generate the reports, datasets, documents, and authorized outputs required by settling parties, courts, special masters, administrators, and other participants.
Integration
Connect the settlement ecosystem
Bring existing claim data into ResolutionHQ and connect authorized participants, systems, and specialized providers as the settlement requires.
Bring existing settlement data
Start with data already maintained by participating firms or other authorized sources and structure it around the settlement’s requirements.
Connect specialized providers
Provide authorized lien, payment, claims, and other specialized service providers with the data and documents required for their role. ResolutionHQ can coordinate with outside providers where the settlement uses them without implying that releases must be handled externally.
Maintain appropriate data access
Configure permissions and data-sharing rules around the requirements established by the settling parties, court, special master, or other authorized decision-makers.
One settlement. The right view for every participant.
Create role-based access to the same underlying settlement data, with each participant seeing the information and tools appropriate to their role.
Settling parties
Configure access, reporting, review, and collaboration for plaintiff counsel, defense counsel, and other parties according to the settlement process.
Court, neutrals & specialized providers
Give courts, special masters, mediators, claims administrators, lien administrators, payment administrators, and other authorized participants the information and functionality their role requires.
What firms ask before choosing ResolutionHQ
The questions that come up in almost every evaluation.
Still have a question?
Book time and we will open both views: what leadership sees, and what defense counsel sees.
Is SimplyConvert the settlement administrator? +
ResolutionHQ is the technology platform used to support settlement administration. The scope of SimplyConvert’s role can be configured to the engagement. ResolutionHQ can support processes handled by SimplyConvert as well as authorized specialized providers selected for functions such as lien resolution, payment administration, claims administration, or other services required by the settlement.
What can defense counsel see? +
Defense counsel’s view is configured around the access established for the settlement. Depending on the process, that may include submitted claims, litigation-specific data, supporting evidence, review or audit status, workflow position, reporting, and case-specific communication. Access is permission-based and can include de-identification where required.
Who decides which participant sees what? +
Access is configured according to the settlement agreement, court order, special master protocol, party agreement, or other governing process. Plaintiff counsel, defense counsel, courts, neutrals, administrators, and specialized providers can each receive the view appropriate to their authorized role.
How does ResolutionHQ support allocation? +
ResolutionHQ can be configured around the allocation methodology established for the settlement. Structured claims data can support calculations, review, approvals, reporting, and downstream administration without prescribing how allocation must be determined.
How are duplicate filings and dual representation handled? +
Potential duplicate filings and dual representation can be surfaced within the settlement record and routed through the review process established for the settlement. Authorized participants can access the information appropriate to their role.
Can settlement participants communicate in the platform? +
Yes. Where the settlement process calls for it, communication can be connected directly to the claim or issue it concerns, keeping the inquiry and relevant settlement information together rather than separating them across email threads.
We already have our caseloads in another system. How does the data get into ResolutionHQ? +
Existing settlement data can be brought into ResolutionHQ and structured around the requirements of the settlement. The exact implementation approach should be described based on the available source data and confirmed integration capabilities rather than promising a universal integration method.
Does ResolutionHQ determine the settlement process or allocation methodology? +
No. ResolutionHQ provides the technology infrastructure to administer the process established for the settlement. Eligibility requirements, review procedures, allocation methodology, permissions, and other governing rules are determined by the appropriate settling parties, court, special master, or other designated authority and configured within the platform.
Can ResolutionHQ support settlement releases? +
Yes. Release workflows can be configured within ResolutionHQ based on the requirements of the settlement and the scope of the engagement. SimplyConvert may support release administration directly in some engagements or coordinate with other authorized participants where appropriate.
