A workflow built for each litigation

Start with a litigation-specific workflow and configure it around the way your firm works. Then let Mass Torts 360 coordinate what your team and your clients need to do next.

  1. 01

    Start with the litigation workflow

Each litigation begins with a templated workup process built around its requirements. Use it as-is or modify stages, tasks, requirements, and workflows to fit your firm’s process.

Capabilities

What happens between signing and settlement

Turn mass tort workup into a repeatable, data-driven process built around the requirements of each litigation.

  1. Every mass tort has its own workup requirements. Mass Torts 360 gives your firm a templated workflow built for the litigation, including the stages, tasks, client requests, documents, data requirements, and forms needed to develop the case. Use the workflow as-is or customize it around your firm’s process.

    • Firm workup workflows: Define the stages, tasks, and requirements that move each case forward.
    • Client-facing workflows: Use CaseHQ to request questionnaires, documents, signatures, and other required information directly from clients.
    • Configurable templates: Start with SimplyConvert’s litigation-specific workflow and adapt it to your firm’s requirements.
    • Automated task progression: Trigger the next task or request based on where the case stands.
    • Inventory visibility: See where every claimant is in the workup process.
  2. The proof is different every time. One tort turns on where a person lived and for how long. Another turns on criteria written into a trust document. A third turns on which lot number reached which patient. A general-purpose database flattens all of it into the same field set and leaves your team to bridge the gap. MT360 gets the calculator, the scoring model, or the record set that tort requires.

    • Scoring models written for the tort: Exposure scores, trust distribution quantifiers, and settlement option comparisons, each calculated against the criteria the specific litigation runs on
    • Dual Representation Detector™: Finds claimants signed with more than one firm, starting at intake, before you develop a case you may not keep
    • Data Archive and Timeline Builder™: Turns unstructured historical records into a chronological, sourced exposure timeline attached to the claimant
    • Litigation-specific workflows: The stages and requirements your firm uses for that case type
  3. Value sits unevenly in every caseload. Some firms learn where theirs sits when the census comes back. Others have known for a year and have been building toward it. Reporting gives you the shape of your caseload by injury, exposure, or severity early enough to model a settlement matrix of your own.

    • Case prioritization: A ranked working order rather than an alphabetical list
    • Case Insights analytics: The whole caseload at once, or one claimant's file in detail
    • Interactive reports and dashboards: Real-time views of the whole caseload, with drill-down to individual cases
    • Cohort analysis: Find claimants who share a fact pattern and handle them as a group
    • Referral partner dashboards: Co-counsel read status and filings on joint clients directly

Structure the data once. Put it to work everywhere.

Mass Torts 360 doesn’t wait until a plaintiff fact sheet, census, report, or settlement process to organize claimant information. Data is structured as the case is worked up, creating a reusable foundation for workflows, reporting, required forms, deficiency management, analytics, and litigation-specific tools.

Ask once. Use throughout the litigation.

Find the gaps before the deadline

See what’s missing across every case as workup progresses, so your team can address deficiencies before required forms, filings, or deadlines.

Required data in view

Required data in view

See which required data points, documents, or tasks are incomplete as the claimant moves through the workup process.

A standing deficiency list

A standing deficiency list

Turn missing information into a working queue your team can address continuously instead of discovering gaps when a deadline arrives.

Forms draw from structured data

Populate plaintiff fact sheets, census forms, and other required documents from information already collected in the claimant profile.

Prioritized review

Prioritized review

Filter and prioritize deficiencies by litigation-specific criteria, workflow stage, case characteristics, or other factors that matter to your team.

Litigation-specific technology in action

When a litigation presents a unique workup or evidence challenge, we build technology to help solve it.

Video game addiction: account and gamer tag validation

Mass Torts 360 incorporated technology that could validate gamer tags through API connections and gather available account information used in claimant workup, turning a manual evidence-gathering process into a connected part of the litigation workflow.

Built from inside mass tort litigation

Mass Torts 360 was created because the technology available to plaintiff firms wasn’t built around the realities of mass tort workup. Today, SimplyConvert’s legal and technology teams work alongside firms in active litigations to develop workflows, reporting, and technology around the problems those litigations actually present.

When a new litigation develops, we’re often already working with the attorneys who understand what it will require.

What firms ask before choosing Mass Torts 360

The questions that come up in almost every evaluation.

Still have a question?

Send it over before the call and we will answer it live.

How is this different from our case management system? +

A client management system helps your firm manage cases and daily operations across the practice. Mass Torts 360 adds a litigation-specific workup layer built for mass torts. It gives your team templated workflows, claimant-facing tasks, structured litigation data, deficiency management, specialized technology, and reporting built around the requirements of each tort. Mass Torts 360 can work alongside your firm’s existing systems or as part of SimplyConvert’s connected platform.

We already have a database for this litigation. What changes? +

Mass Torts 360 is designed to do more than store claimant information. It puts that information into a litigation-specific workflow, structures it for reporting and forms, identifies what’s missing, and gives your team tools built around the requirements of the litigation.

We only have a handful of cases in this tort. Is it built for us? +

Yes. Mass Torts 360 can support an individual firm working a smaller inventory or a coordinated litigation involving many firms and thousands of claimants. The same litigation-specific workflow, structured data, deficiency management, and reporting capabilities apply at either scale.

Do we need something new for every litigation? +

The Mass Torts 360 platform stays consistent, while workflows, data requirements, forms, reports, and specialized tools are configured for the litigation. Firms can start with SimplyConvert’s existing litigation template and modify it around their own requirements.

How does data get in if we didn't use SimplyConvert for intake? +

Two ways. A bulk transfer brings your existing claimants over with their history, and API integrations keep MT360 current with the systems already in place at your firm. Firms running Instant Case Evaluator and CaseHQ get continuous population as a side effect, but neither is a prerequisite.

What does MDL leadership actually see? +

A de-identified read of claimant data from firms that have opened it to them. The granting firm sets the depth. Nothing is copied or transferred to produce the view, which is also why it is never out of date.

How does the Dual Representation Detector™ work? +

It checks your inventory for claimants who have signed with more than one firm, beginning at intake, so a duplicate representation issue surfaces before you have spent time and money developing a case you may not keep.

Who owns the data? +

Your firm. Sharing a view into a record is not a transfer of it, and the permission that opened the view is yours to set.

What is specific to each litigation? +

The underlying platform is consistent, while litigation-specific workflows and tools are built around the requirements of the tort. Examples in the current SimplyConvert’s mass tort software materials include exposure scoring, trust-distribution quantification, dual-representation detection, and historical-record timeline building.

Can we customize the litigation workflow? +

Yes. Mass Torts 360 provides litigation-specific workflows as a starting point, but firms can configure the stages, tasks, client requests, data requirements, and other processes around the way they work.

Can several firms use Mass Torts 360 together? +

Yes. Mass Torts 360 can support one firm’s inventory or a group of firms working together in a litigation. Views and permissions can be configured around what participating firms, co-counsel, or leadership need to see, including de-identified information where appropriate.

Trusted by plaintiff firms like yours

“I wholeheartedly recommend SimplyConvert for the plaintiffs’ database. We have used it in other litigations, but have especially found it extremely helpful with our Camp Lejeune Inventory. I’ve tried so many different programs over the years, and all of them tend to have issues at scale. Most provide the basic needs of a database to store and retrieve information, but in a complex mass tort litigation with literally hundreds of potential inputs, other programs get cumbersome with just information retrieval, before even getting to data analysis.”
C. Arthur "Brother" Rutter III

C. Arthur "Brother" Rutter III

Managing Partner, Rutter Mills LLP

“We have been working with Jessie and her team at Simply Convert for the last year, and their expertise in data analytics has a profound impact on the entirety of the Camp Lejeune litigation. They are in the best position to contribute to the plaintiffs' database since they have been on the ground gathering important information about Camp Lejeune claimants even before the CLJA was passed. And because of the information we learn from their weekly roundtables and analytics of the data they've collected, our firm is able to make more informed decisions on behalf of our veteran clients and their families. What sets them apart from any other mass torts data analytics company is their commitment to the veterans and families this litigation is serving- not only does Jessie and her team understand the nuances of capturing data in a meaningful way, they also understand the intricacies of this litigation and how it will affect claimants--ie: understanding causation and the different conditions as it relates to exposure to certain chemicals during different time frames. They've succeeded in creating a database which contains critical information of the CLJA claimants while maintaining transparent and streamlined processes with the plaintiffs' counsel they have partnered with to obtain this information. Jessie and her team's dedication to understanding the specific needs of the CLJA litigation, relationships with hundreds of plaintiffs' firms and expertise in data analytics sets them apart and makes them a trusted partner in the mass torts industry.”

“We have thoroughly enjoyed working with the SimplyConvert team. They have been at the forefront of the Camp Lejeune litigation and have helped disseminate useful information to the Plaintiffs' bar. Their coordinated efforts and insight has been invaluable to us and hundreds of other law firms around the country. Anyone with the opportunity to use their services should jump at the chance. We are sure glad we did and remain grateful for their continued leadership and insight..”
