Answers are checked against your firm's criteria, not a generic script. Cases you want are flagged to retain. Cases you cannot take can be declined politely or referred to a trusted firm with one click.

The client signs
Qualified clients receive your retainer for e-signature inside the same conversation. The transcript, the contact details, and the signed contract land on a new case, ready for CaseHQ Client Portal and CaseHQ Client Management System to take over.
