SimplyConvert’s Email Plugin for Microsoft Outlook integrates your practice management system directly into your inbox, allowing you to sync and manage client communications without leaving Outlook.

How to Install the Outlook Plugin

Installation 

  1. Open Outlook

  2. Click Get Add-ins

  3. Search for “SimplyConvert”

  4. Click Add
  5. Login with your SimplyConvert user

If you do not see the add-in, contact your IT administrator to confirm add-in permissions are enabled.

How to Use the Plugin

  1. Open any email in Outlook

  2. Click the SimplyConvert icon in the Apps toolbar

  3. The side panel will open

  4. Search by name, email address, phone or case ID and associate the email with the case by clicking Sync to Case

  5. Then select the email body and attachments you would like to sync to the case and click Sync

All actions sync instantly with your SimplyConvert dashboard.
