About the Shades of Mass Convention
Corporate misconduct, such as product defects, device malfunctions, and environmental hazards, disproportionately impacts communities of color. Unfortunately, there is a glaring lack of representation of Black and Brown lawyers in leadership positions for the crucial mass tort cases that directly impact millions of individuals within their own communities. It is imperative to address this glaring inequity and work towards rectifying the situation.
Shades of Mass strives to address the diversity gap in mass tort and complex litigation leadership. The goal of the conference is to foster collaboration, shared resources, education, and networking to rectify inequities and promote inclusivity in our profession.
