During the week of November 4th, SimplyConvert will officially replace its existing client portal with the new CaseHQ Starter, a free, enhanced platform designed to improve client engagement and case management. Here’s everything you need to know about this transition and how it will affect your client interactions.
SimplyConvert is phasing out the old client portal and replacing it with CaseHQ Starter, which is available to all law firms using SimplyConvert’s Instant Case Evaluator™ at no cost. This change brings a modernized interface and improved features to streamline your client management experience.
Potential clients will continue to interact with SimplyConvert’s Instant Case Evaluator, answering a series of questions to determine whether they qualify for a case. If they meet the criteria, they’ll receive a “You may have a case” message. By clicking “sign up now,” clients will proceed to identity verification via a code sent to both their phone and email. Once the code is entered, they’ll gain access to the CaseHQ client portal.
